Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our central team, covering the APAC region.
The role will focus on driving growth of our vendor business across the region. This position will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, working closely with the vendor and Ingram global, regional and country teams, and ensuring objectives are met in alignment with the business priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Be the Ingram Micro advocate at vendor’s Ecosystem level. Build relationship with Ecosystem Leaders, represent Ingram Micro point of view, regular interaction with various vendor’s stakeholders
  • Liaison with Ingram Micro and Vendor’s Global teams, to leverage global programs and initiatives and implement them for APAC.
  • Build APAC specific growth investment programs to support local country business and initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of Ingram Micro global and regional programs in countries.
  • Support countries with QBR preparations and execution. Gather feedback and actions needed, from both vendors and Ingram Micro.
  • Foster cross-country collaboration and team utilization. Build an Ingram community and center-of-excellence, leveraging best individuals from the countries.
  • Lead and support geographic expansion wherever applicable, participate in new RFPs when vendor decides to change Distributor landscape in particular country or region.
  • Qualifications and Experience:
  • Strong understanding of the APAC market and proven ability to work across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Able to influence and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans and drive execution within a large, complex organization.
  • Leadership qualities. Able to work independently and lead initiatives within a cross-functional team.
  • Experience with partner enablement and channel strategies.
