What will your typical day look like?
We are seeking a Senior Strategy Manager with robust experience in developing strategic recommendations across diverse industries.
Your expertise should extend beyond theoretical insights, integrating them into strategic frameworks that address operational complexities and emerging client needs.
As a Senior Strategy Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Leading project teams, taking ownership of project direction and outcomes.
Managing client relationships while developing strong connections within your specific market focus.
Overseeing project financials and proactively addressing risks.
Supporting Directors, Principals, and Partners in defining project scopes and requirements.
Identifying and pursuing new client opportunities and business development activities.
Mentoring juniors within our practice, investing in their career development alongside your own.
Contributing to the growth of the broader practice through thought leadership and knowledge sharing, supporting recruitment, onboarding, learning, and culture.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
As a Senior Strategy Manager, you will likely possess a tertiary degree with an outstanding academic record, coupled with demonstrated strategy consulting experience in a Tier 1 consulting firm or strategy boutique. Display exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to exercise mature judgment.
Possess highly effective communication skills, enabling trust and credibility with stakeholders, driving outcomes, and developing opportunities. Demonstrate proven capabilities in team leadership, mentoring, and people management, fostering effective work environments.
