A strong candidate for this role will have a strong background in strategy development, supported by analytics and insights experience. This person should also have an innate ability to craft compelling narratives for a wide variety of audiences, from our business development and operations teams to our executive team. As a senior manager, strategy and business planning, you will… Partner closely with senior leaders to build, measure, and maintain business strategies to deliver against the broader business strategy Guide market team in thinking through complex and ambiguous issues, identifying creative information sources and approaches, and pushing the team to develop new insights. Lead strategic problem-solving efforts by helping sourcing and cross functional teams identify and define key issues, develop hypotheses and design required analyses Collate themes across segments to facilitate business unit planning and decision making Plan and support business unit and department processes and practices to ensure alignment with company business goals and objectives Build structured presentations illustrating key business issues, new insights, and recommendations Communicate learnings and insights across cross-functional team, sourcing strategy and finance team leadership We’d love to hear from people with: 8 yrs leading and/or supporting corporate strategy, business consulting, or equivalent. Strong financial acumen and comprehensive understanding of supply chain risk and resiliency 8 yrs managing complex large-scale business projects. 8 yrs general business experience in large, matrixed organizations.
