JOB DESCRIPTION: Major Responsibilities/Activities: China Growth Strategy Development to achieve long range vision of EPD China Support and contribute to the China growth strategy development by gaining deep understanding of the business priorities by BU, providing strategic and fresh perspectives, and proactively involving in executive discussions. Identify growth opportunity for VBP high risk products and support to develop strategy and approach to minimize/mitigate the business impact, learn from the MNC practice on VBP management and share best practice cross BU for VBP management. Proactively support the exploration of new & practical business model for some brands facing VBP challenges based on the current VBP evolving situation. China Growth Strategy Implementation to ensure the execution aligned with the long range vision of EPD China Support BU to develop high level action plan with cross functional teams Timely and proper follow-up to ensure the implementation aligned with EPD China long term strategy and pre-set goals Predicative insights into potential challenges, risks and support to develop mitigation plan and solutions Global strategic projects involvement & execution in China Provide input & feedback, be involved, support resource needs and execution Engage the internal relevant functions to closely monitor the project execution and support to deliver the expected result as planned. REQUIREMENTS: Experiences: 5+ years relevant professional experience in Pharma industry Prior experience in corporate strategic planning, BU strategic planning, and healthcare management consulting background as a plus. Proven track record in problem solving, cross functional engagement in driving strategic initiatives and commercial excellence. Knowledgeable and agile in healthcare market dynamics f.i. market access, regulatory, both hospital and retail, e-commerce, etc. in China. Ability to translate the external and internal factors into critical points relevant to the business, and synthesize that into tangible topics for discussion or proposed solutions. Self driven, motivated, willing to contribute and support business, growth mindset, high willingness to learn, collaborative team work spirit, and open minded Competencies: Ability to handle complex and diverse business situations. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to synthesize data and draft story boards. Strong stakeholder management skills. Fluent in both Chinese and English. Strong presentation skills.
