ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of client engagements, managing project teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will play a key role in shaping project outcomes and identifying growth opportunities within accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and lead delivery of multi-faceted consulting engagements
• Manage client relationships at a senior level, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and strategic impact
• Develop project plans, guide team execution, and oversee quality assurance of deliverables
• Translate client challenges into structured hypotheses and actionable recommendations
• Identify and support business development opportunities across existing and prospective accounts
• Coach and mentor consultants, contributing to a high-performance team culture
