What to expect.

As a (Senior) Manager Strategy & Innovation (m/f/d), you will advise the top management of our clients on the development and implementation of future-proof digital, IT, and AI strategies. You combine strategic thinking with an eye for new technologies and drive ideas from initial concept to implementation.

This is what your daily work will look like:

• Development of integrated digital, IT and AI strategies with a holistic management approach
• Conducting maturity assessments to determine the current maturity level of strategy and organization, as well as identifying specific potentials.
• Development, evaluation and implementation of digital use cases for new technology-supported business models
• Identification of relevant trends, evaluation of innovative ideas and analysis of the potential of digital solutions
• Development and management of complex transformation programs to implement strategic goals
• Personal consulting and support for top management in strategy processes, management decisions and the evaluation of market and technology trends.

• Successfully completed studies (Master's/Diploma) with a focus on economics, technology or information technology.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT/strategy/management consulting or at an IT service provider.
• Proven experience in developing digital strategies, innovation concepts, or supporting transformation programs
• Confident and committed demeanor when dealing with boards and departments
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills combined with the ability to think creatively outside the box.
• Fluent German and English skills
