Grow your career as Senior Manager, Strategy & Insights within ALG Vacations. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for assisting in financial planning efforts, driving the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes in collaboration with senior leadership to align financial goals with business strategies. The position also focuses on analyzing market trends, business performance, and competitive positioning, while presenting strategic insights and recommendations to enhance business outcomes. Additionally, the role fosters cross-functional collaboration, cultivates data partnerships, and serves as a subject matter expert in data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling to optimize decision-making processes and operational effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, consulting, finance, or statistics.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with expertise in creating and delivering presentations to senior leadership.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects effectively.
  • Experience in revenue management, particularly within the hotel or airline industries, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with revenue management principles and tools is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., economics, finance, mathematics, or similar); a Master’s degree is preferred but not required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
  • Skilled in analytical tools such as Power BI, MySQL, and Tableau.

  • Expertise & Innovation: Serve as a subject matter expert in data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling, continuously refining best practices to optimize efficiency.
