Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic planning process across the organization, working closely with senior leadership to define and articulate the company's vision and objectives. Oversee the execution of strategic projects, ensuring that milestones are met, and resources are effectively utilized. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and identify new opportunities for growth. Establish performance metrics to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives and report on progress to stakeholders. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive the implementation of strategic initiatives and foster a culture of innovation. Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to guide project teams in aligning their work with broader company goals. Engage with external stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring strategic initiatives are responsive to market needs and expectations. Mentor and develop team members, promoting a high-performance culture and continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in strategy development or oversight, preferably in large-scale projects.
