Broad exposure to and hands-on experience with business transformation, program management, change management, and people leadership. Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills High degree of flexibility and strong collaboration skills Proven ability to translate business strategies and goals into practical action plans Entrepreneurial attitude, creative and driven with a penchant to lead change Organized, results-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
