Job Description The role will support the Head of Strategy & Business Transformation for Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands (AuNZPI). Core responsibilities include research, commercial analysis, and investment planning. Time spent on these areas will shift based on business needs. The Senior Manager will support workstreams as part of key strategy projects (e.g., P&L growth plans, innovation rollout, regulatory engagement, go-to-market) and ensure the AuNZPI Group Country Manager is equipped with the data and insights to meet corporate objectives. Strong candidates are versatile team-players who learn fast, have high EQ and IQ, and carry a demonstrated record of driving workstreams through to successful outcomes. What we expect of you day-to-day: Lead and deliver strategy projects, managing complex workstreams that drive business growth, innovation, and regulatory adaptation Structure and solve multifaceted business challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop actionable recommendations Present clear, data-driven insights and proposals to senior executives, influencing decision-making Conduct advanced market, financial, and competitive analysis, synthesising trends into strategic recommendations Develop thought leadership and contribute to executive forums, supporting transformation and change agendas Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment and buy-in across all levels of the organization This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. ​ Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications: 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD Demonstrated project leadership, with a track record of independently managing complex strategy projects or workstreams Advanced analytical skills, including financial modelling, quantitative analysis, and the ability to interpret operational data Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities, navigating diverse interests and driving consensus High degree of adaptability, collaboration, and emotional intelligence, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments What we are looking for: Time spent in management consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking Experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments industry preferred Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
