Job Description Our subscription program is a core growth pillar across our foodpanda, and foodora brands. As a Growth Strategy manager, you will be a part of crafting the long-term strategy, as well as driving growth across 10+ markets in Europe and APAC. You will define the growth levers for Subscriber growth in selected markets, [through analysis, first principles problem-solving, working with markets to identify issues hands on]. You will operate as a strategic owner - tracking performance, diagnosing issues, and driving cross-functional solutions that balance growth ambition with financial discipline. In this role, you will focus on growing our Subscriber growth through defining growth levers. You will work closely with the pricing, product, commercial, and QC teams This role is for someone who has a strong ownership mindset, problem-solving skills, and can effectively influence stakeholders with clear data-backed thinking across a global organization. Your mission: Own subscription growth performance across markets, with accountability for key metrics such as Subscription GMV %, subscriber growth, and retention Define and execute market-specific growth strategies, aligning priorities and initiatives across regions Identify, test, and scale the most impactful growth levers through deep analysis and experimentation Own and continuously improve the subscription value proposition by translating customer insights into actionable changes Drive go-to-market strategy in partnership with Product, Commercial, Marketing, and local teams Lead end-to-end initiatives, from problem diagnosis to execution, with a strong focus on measurable impact Define success metrics, track performance, and deliver clear, decision-ready insights to senior stakeholders Qualifications Experience: 4–6 years in top-tier management consulting, FMCG, investment banking, or a high-growth tech environment; experience in subscription or growth is a strong plus Problem Solving: Strong first-principles thinking with the ability to structure and solve ambiguous business problems end-to-end Analytical Skills: Solid analytical foundation with experience working on P&L ownership, ROI-based decisions, and economic trade-offs; advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills required; SQL is a plus Strategic Mindset & Ownership: High degree of self-motivation and accountability; hands-on approach with a willingness to dive into execution and deliver results Communication: Clear, structured communicator with strong business judgment and the ability to influence senior stakeholders Operating Style: Comfortable working in ambiguity within a fast-paced, international environment
