Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. At Australian Retirement Trust (ART), we’re looking for a forward-thinking Senior Manager – Superannuation to lead the design, development, and management of our pre-retirement superannuation products.
As the Senior Manager – Superannuation, you will strategically lead a high-performing team focused on delivering innovative, compliant, and market-leading pre-retirement superannuation solutions. Your work will directly support ART’s purpose and position us for continued growth and leadership in the superannuation industry.

Day to day, you’ll:

  • Lead the development and execution of a forward-thinking pre-retirement product strategy aligned with ART’s purpose and member outcomes.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement - ensuring innovation, compliance, and member value.
  • Implement agile governance practices that respond to evolving regulations and member expectations.
  • Own product performance, documentation, reporting, and regulatory compliance, including product disclosure statements.
  • Collaborate across teams to shape seamless member and adviser experiences.
  • Support actuarial compliance for Corporate defined benefit plans.
  • Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Provide strategic insights and product expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build strong partnerships and lead a high-performing, geographically dispersed team.
  • Champion risk management and ensure adherence to legislative and policy standards.
  • Act as a key member of the Product Senior Leadership team, supporting the GM Product.

This role is a permanent opportunity.
