SUPO, where required) Why this role matters: As a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Engineering, you’ll lead the supply chain interface for complex engineering development programs, ensuring that sourcing, supplier strategy, and procurement execution enable rapid innovation while meeting cost, quality, and regulatory requirements. Your work will directly impact ICEYE’s ability to design, build, and scale next-generation SAR satellite capabilities that deliver critical intelligence to customers worldwide. Your day-to-day responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing team of supply chain and procurement specialists supporting engineering programs Act as the primary supply chain partner for R&D, aligning sourcing strategies with development timelines, cost targets, and compliance requirements Manage sourcing and procurement across approved and new suppliers, ensuring quality, regulatory, and corporate policy adherence Coordinate supply chain activities across multiple concurrent development projects, supporting prototyping and pre-production readiness What we’re looking for Must haves: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field 8+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement, including leadership responsibility Proven experience managing procurement and supplier development in engineering or R&D environments Strong project management capability across multiple parallel development programs Nice to haves: Experience working in regulated industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical devices, or semiconductor Certifications such as PMP, APICS CPIM/CSCP, or Six Sigma Familiarity with ERP systems and digital sourcing or supplier management tools Application Process Talent Acquisition Interview Hiring Manager Interview Technical Task Task Review / Technical Interview Leadership Interview Working at ICEYE At ICEYE, you’ll join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible.
