Job Description Get to know our Team: The Strategy & Projects (S&P) team works with stakeholders across all business functions in Grab to drive continuous improvements and lead special projects which would contribute to overall growth of the business. The team is responsible to generate business insights, propose data-driven strategic initiatives and lead large cross-functional projects to grow the business across Mobility, Deliveries ( GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabExpress) & Groceries (Jaya Grocer & Everrise). Get to know the Role: The Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics Operations will play a critical role in building and operationalizing the end-to-end fulfillment and logistics solutions for our e-commerce business. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, can design scalable operating models from the ground up, and is comfortable moving between strategic design and hands-on operational execution. You will be responsible for setting up our fulfillment infrastructure - from identifying suitable facility locations, designing warehouse layouts, building warehouse process flows, to establishing logistics models across a wide range of product categories. The role requires you to: Understand new operational models and business requirements across different segment Evaluate trade-offs between speed, cost, and customer promise, ensuring operations scale sustainably Anticipate operational risks proactively and put in place the right processes, controls, and monitoring mechanisms to mitigate them Work closely with Product, Tech, Commercial, Strategy and multiple Operations teams to ensure the operational engine is built correctly from day one This is a highly hands-on role for someone comfortable spending significant time in the warehouse and on the ground to fine-tune processes and drive continuous improvement. The candidate will shape the operational foundation that enables us to deliver a great customer experience across multiple e-commerce categories while maintaining cost efficiency and operational excellence. Scope Includes: Lead end-to-end warehouse & fulfilment network set up: from sourcing warehouse/fulfilment hub locations, assessing capacity requirements, and planning layout design to overseeing physical setup (racking, staging, packing zones etc etc) tailored to different product categories. Warehouse & Process Design: Build and standardize core operational processes across inbound receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, QC, packing, dispatch, and returns. Ensure workflows are optimised for speed, accuracy, and scalability. Logistics Operations: Source and implement logistics model whether within own or 3PL fleets. Partner closely with Product and Ops Tech teams to enable warehouse Tech requirements. Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with various teams to build monitoring mechanisms and set operational policies that balance customer experience, operational feasibility, and financial sustainability. Support future scaling of operations by identifying opportunities for automation, process redesign, and structural improvements Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need 7–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfillment and/or last-mile logistics is a must. Experience building fulfilment operations from scratch is a strong advantage. Deep understanding warehouse layout design and operational workflows. Hands-on operator who is comfortable being physically present on-site to test processes, diagnose issues, and ensure workflows run as intended Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break complex operational challenges into structured, actionable solutions. Proven project management and executional skills with ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously and drive initiatives from planning through to implementation with minimal oversight. Clear and concise communication skills: able to navigate discussions with Strategy, Product, Tech, Commercial, Finance and senior stakeholders to align on operational design decisions.
