DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN & SKILLS:

• Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit, Betriebswirtschaft oder in einem verwandten Bereich
• Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Reporting oder Nachhaltigkeit mit dem Schwerpunkt Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung, ESG-Reporting, GRI (oder ähnliche Berichtsstandards)
• Außerdem bringst du Expertenwissen über die Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) und relevante Nachhaltigkeit Audits und Standards (ecovadis, ISO) mit
• Du hast hervorragende Projektmanagement Skills und Erfahrung in der Leitung und Koordination bereichsübergreifender Projekte
• Du besitzt ein gutes Verständnis für branchen- und unternehmensweite Zusammenhänge sowie aktueller und zukünftigen Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen
• Dich zeichnet eine hohe Motivation sowie eine analytische Denkweise und ein ausgeprägter Teamgeist aus
• Dein sicheres Auftreten und deine ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenz über alle Hierarchieebenen hinweg runden ihr Profil ab
• Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, sowie ausgeprägte mündliche und schriftliche Fähigkeiten und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
