About the Role The Senior Manager Talent Acquisition is responsible for hiring the best and most diverse talent all business areas of AIA Shared Services. The goal is to deliver world-class candidate and hiring manager experiences. The incumbent will play a key role in enhancing our inclusive hiring efforts and employer brand working towards making AIA an employer of choice. Manage a team of experienced talent acquisition partners. Be an innovation engine to drive the TA function to be the world-class TA team, keep trying new technology, using data to foresight Proactively research new ideas and methods to create innovative talent acquisition roadmap. Using data to drive hiring efficiency, candidates experience, diverse hiring channels, as well as identifying and addressing the hiring gaps Responsible for the strategic management of engagement, assessment, and hiring of talent. Own and drive employer brand and value proposition to ensure candidate sees us as an employer of choice through positive candidate experience. Strategically plan and lead the Talent Acquisition function by determining staffing needs, producing forecasts and candidate pipelines Drive young talent recruitment strategy, and lead campus recruitment projects and activities include talent program such as internship and management associates programs Identifying organisation’s needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance. Understanding workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with the resourcing team to feed into recruitment timelines. Anticipating the organisations future and working with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company’s success Developing and retaining a diverse talent acquisition team.
