Job Description We are looking for a visionary Senior TA Manager to lead our global talent acquisition function. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of recruiters to deliver 120–150 annual hires, owning the end-to-end recruitment process across all global departments. You will be a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving operational excellence and ensuring Cint remains an employer of choice in a competitive market. What You Will Do Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4 recruiters, fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous growth. AI & Innovation: Drive the adoption of AI tools and automation to optimize sourcing, screening, and engagement, ensuring our tech stack is best-in-class. Operational Excellence: Own the global recruitment process, using data analytics to provide actionable insights and drive improvement for metrics like Time-to-Hire, Quality of Hire, and pipeline health. Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, collaborating on workforce planning and inclusive hiring practices to meet future talent needs. Employer Brand: Execute a compelling global employer brand strategy that showcases Cint’s culture and helps to build proactive talent communities. Financial Stewardship: Manage the annual recruitment budget, vendor contracts, and agency partnerships to ensure cost-effectiveness and value to the business. Qualifications Experience: 8+ years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years leading a team in a corporate environment. Scale: A proven track record of managing global hiring targets of 100+ roles per year. Tech-Forward Mindset: Demonstrable experience integrating AI tools (e.g., sourcing automation, conversational AI) into recruitment workflows. Analytical Rigor: Deep expertise in ATS management and using data to drive business decisions. Influence: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior-level leadership.
