POSITION SUMMARY

As a key member of the EMEA Talent Acquisition Team, the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition – Hotel Pre-Opening will lead and deliver strategic hiring initiatives for hotel leadership roles including General Managers, Executive Committee, and banded management positions. This role spans the full recruitment lifecycle—Planning & Intake, Proactive Sourcing, Talent Brand and Attraction, Diversity and Inclusion, Interviewing, Candidate Experience, Offer Negotiation, and Talent Insights. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, HR, and Finance across the region to ensure an inclusive and efficient hiring experience. Additionally, the role will contribute to regional Talent Acquisition projects aligned with Marriott’s strategic roadmap.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in internal Talent Acquisition within hospitality, recruiting leadership roles
  • Experience recruiting across European and Middle Eastern markets
  • Demonstrated success in project management and process improvement
  • Skilled in social sourcing and executing talent attraction campaigns
