JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Manager, Talent Management will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive talent management strategies, specifically focused on succession planning and talent assessments. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to ensure the organization’s talent pipeline is aligned with its strategic objectives, ensuring leadership continuity and readiness across key business functions.
The role involves creating systems and processes to assess employee potential, develop future leaders, and ensure that the right talent is in place to drive the organization’s success. This role will lead a team of professionals and collaborate across departments to manage the full lifecycle of talent development and succession planning.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in talent management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on succession planning, talent assessments, and leadership development.
  • Proven experience in performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Strong expertise in developing and implementing succession planning and talent assessment processes.
  • Ability to assess and evaluate talent objectively, using a variety of tools and methodologies.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics to inform decision-making and measure impact.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience developing and mentoring talent management professionals.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience working with HRIS and talent management systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s Degree or relevant professional certifications preferred
  • Experience with talent management software or tools (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, Cornerstone).
  • Knowledge of organizational development, change management, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with global talent management practices and cross-cultural leadership development.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment
