The Arthur Cox Tax Group takes the lead on advisory, transactional and contentious matters or works on an integrated basis with other practice groups in the firm such as corporate, finance, capital markets, real estate and litigation. Our clients include large multinational public companies, many of the world’s leading financial institutions, government bodies and many of Ireland’s leading companies.

• 6+ years relevant post qualification experience ( in Accountancy (ACA / ACCA/CTA)
• Excellent technical knowledge
• Strong Advisory and Client relationship management skills
• Excellent communication / presentation / project management / time management skills

• Strong commercial awareness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will undertake a leadership role in the Tax Group.
• You will assist in the development of our responses to tax policy initiatives of OECD, EU, Department of Finance and Revenue Commissioners.
• Conclude on the firm’s position on technical points;
• Supervise the work of the more junior members of the team;
• You will direct the education and training of the junior members of the team.
• Undertake high-level client work across corporate, M&A, securitisation, finance, real estate and disputes.
