QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional designation (e.g., CAMS, ACAMS, CTP, PMP) is a strong asset.
• 5-10+ years of experience in global payments operations, with direct leadership of SWIFT investigations or client services.
• Deep knowledge of SWIFT messaging standards (MT and ISO 20022), correspondent banking, and cross-border wire processing.
• Familiarity with AML/sanctions screening and payment compliance procedures.
• Experience managing operational teams, setting KPIs, and leading through change in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with case management platforms (e.g., Intellitracs, PMG, SWIFT GPI etc) is an asset.
• Strong analytical mindset, with ability to interpret data and identify trends or process bottlenecks.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in a G-SIB, global transaction bank, or high-volume FI payments hub.
• Exposure to Fedwire, CHIPS, LYNX, TARGET2, or other real-time gross settlement (RTGS) systems.
• Familiarity with SWIFT gpi, Universal Confirmations, and case resolution standards (CAMT messages).
