Job Description Your Role You lead and develop the Technical Integration / Seller Onboarding team, setting clear goals, roles, and responsibilities You are responsible for the strategic development of technical seller onboarding, with a focus on scalability, automation, and quality You steer performance through KPIs, reports, and business reviews, and derive strategic initiatives to achieve targets You own the seller experience (NPS) within onboarding from a high-level perspective and prioritize initiatives with the greatest business impact You act as a central interface between Operations, Product, Tech, Sales, and Customer Success You make prioritization and resource allocation decisions and ensure sustainable processes in daily operations You identify structural weaknesses and drive end-to-end optimizations across team boundaries Qualifications Your Profile You have a completed degree or a comparable qualification in business, IT, e-commerce, or a related field You bring several years of experience in a strategic leadership role within an e-commerce, tech, or platform environment You have a proven track record of scaling and strategically developing complex processes, teams, or structures You possess a strong understanding of technical systems, integrations, and data-driven performance management You collaborate confidently with Product and Tech teams as a peer You excel at structuring complex topics, setting clear priorities, and driving decisions You demonstrate strong stakeholder and expectation management at management level Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile Additional Information About our benefits: In order to provide you with the best possible support for your individual needs – whether it’s living a healthy life, having enough time for your needs, or developing your skills – we offer a wide range of different, site-specific benefits: Mobility: Not all employees live close to our office.
