SKILLS – GENPACT LLC SEEKS SENIOR MANAGER-TECHNICAL LEAD (MULTIPLE POSITIONS) IN RICHARDSON, TX TO SIMPLIFY COMPLEX IT SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS FOR CLIENTS ACROSS INDUSTRIES. STRUCTURE A PROCESS AND CAPTURE IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES TO FACILITATE THE CLIENT THROUGH A PRAGMATIC DECISION-MAKING PROCESS. RESPONSIBLE FOR HANDS-ON DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SEQUENCE PLATFORM. SERVE AS TECHNICAL LEADER FOR SMALL TEAMS OF PRODUCT SPECIALISTS. COACH AND MENTOR PRODUCT SPECIALISTS, MANAGE THEIR DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES, AND REVIEW THEIR WORK PRODUCT. RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCT INSTALLATIONS AND WORKFLOW DEPLOYMENTS. Education – Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering (all), Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or related field and six (6) years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Position also requires 3 years of experience in the Microsoft technology stack; 3 years of experience in SQL Server, ASP.NET, C# .NET development, JavaScript, and HTML; and 2 years of experience in software project delivery. Position headquartered in Richardson, TX with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with approximately 15% of travel required.
