Senior Manager, Technical Program Management - Capital One Software (Remote)

As a Capital One Senior Manager, Technical Program Management, you’ll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of building this business and bring these tools to market.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 5 years of experience in technical program management
• Bachelor’s degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
• 3+ years of experience in building distributed systems & highly available services using cloud computing services / architecture - preferably using AWS
• 3+ years experience building highly scalable mobile products & platforms
• 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery
• Experience applying Generative AI to solve business problems and drive efficiency
• Experience leading technical programs in data security, governance or compliance-focused environment
• Familiarity with core data security and privacy principles, including data classification, encryption (at-rest and in-transit), access control, and secure data lifecycle management.
• 3+ years experience delivering large and complex programs - where you own the business or technical vision, collaborate with large cross-functional teams, secure commitments on deliverables, and unblock teams to land business impact
• Experience in building systems & solutions within a highly regulated environment
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering)
