• Master’s degree in Science & Engineering.
• Knowledge on regulations for operating lab of chemical and food science.
• Knowledge on packaging, food, polymer material, processing of polymer.
• More than 10 years’ experience in Lab management.
• More than 10 years’ experience in Market development & Technical service for polymer products.
• Communication with Market development and Quality assurance of HQ in Japan, R&D & Production in global.
• Proficient in spoken and written Japanese as communication with Japan headquarter is a must.

• To manage Lab operations to maintain safety & health in Lab and to improve performance of Lab works.
• To establish Market development strategies.
• To manage Market development for creating new demand of responsible products in the whole Asia.
• To manage Technical service for resolving customer’s requirements.
• To make educational opportunities for employees of Market development and Technical service in the whole Asia.
• To manage supports for EVAL resin production in Asia.
