Senior Manager, Technology Delivery & Analysis

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Manager, Technology Delivery & Analysis plays a critical role in bridging business priorities with technical delivery. This role is responsible for leading and developing a team of Business Analysts and Systems Analysts, ensuring high-quality requirements, documentation, and testing standards across both product and project initiatives. In addition to providing oversight, the Manager is also very hands-on acting as the lead Analyst on key initiatives. The role partners closely with business leaders, IT, and vendor partners to align strategy, define scope, requirements and deliver solutions that support customer-facing digital platform and supporting business systems.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent experience
• Agile/Scrum certification is desired
• Cloud or Data Analytics certification is a plus
• 8-12+ years of experience in related field
• 4+ years of leadership/management experience of a similar technical
