As the Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in Wholesale Digital Team at Mashreq Global Services. * Your expertise will be instrumental in managing sprint planning, task allocation, and ensuring the timely delivery of squad goals on UI. * With a focus on frontend performance, you will utilize AppDynamics and Google Analytics to proactively identify and resolve issues. * Additionally, you will uphold security and compliance standards, especially for customer-facing features, and drive process improvements in development workflows. * Enforce the Development Standard Procedures and Guidelines. * Responsible for the Code review before the delivery. * Responsible for the delivery of the assigned tasks on time. * Enforce the company’s policies and procedures * Provide the support to the team members in carrying out the work.
