The opportunity We’re hiring a Senior Manager Technology Procurement to lead category strategy, complex negotiations and contract management across technology software, cloud and services. You’ll shape multi‑year tech category plans, uplift commercial and risk outcomes, and support our Technology roadmap and Data & AI ambitions by enabling value, resilience, and speed‑to‑market. What you’ll do Lead strategic Technology category planning and deliver a rolling savings/value pipeline. Run complex sourcing and negotiations, including SaaS and consumption‑based commercial models. Strengthen contract management (KPIs/SLAs, renewals, exit options) and uplift CLMS governance. Build high‑value supplier partnerships that drive performance, innovation, and cost optimisation. Embed Procurement Policy, cyber/privacy/ESG requirements and consistent risk management. What you’ll bring Proven experience in technology procurement - ideally across software/SaaS, cloud, security, infrastructure, or tech services. Exhibit exceptional commercial and negotiation skills, with a proven history of establishing complex agreements, effective contract governance, and pragmatic management of supplier terms. Credible stakeholder leadership and a data‑driven mindset. You are genuinely interested in Technology with a particular curiosity for all things Digital & AI.
