Operations Manager (m/f/d) Catering

Immediate start in the catering sector , full-time - 40 hours/week | Typically 6:00 am - 3:00 pm | Flexible according to the duty roster | Monday - Friday (5-day week).

Your tasks:

• Leading and motivating the kitchen team and ensuring smooth operations in the kitchen.
• Budget responsibility and efficient management of inventory
• Contact person (m/f/d) for our customers in all matters relating to the operation
• Ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and hygiene guidelines (HACCP)
• Ensuring the successful preparation and appealing presentation of hot and cold dishes in the restaurant.
• Management of merchandise, operational accounting and ensuring internal quality standards according to the specifications of apetito catering.

Your profile:

• Completed training as a cook (m/f/d), ideally with further training as a master chef (m/f/d) or business administrator (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience in managing a kitchen, preferably in institutional catering.
• Extensive expertise in merchandise and business management
• Proficient use of MS Office and common applications
• Leadership skills, strong communication skills and a warm-hearted and welcoming personality

agement, including DORA and MaRisk.* Experience conducting outsourcing risk assessments, due diligence reviews, controls, monitoring activities, and governance reviews.* Familiarity with vendor management, service provider oversight, and risk mitigation processes.* Understanding of audit requirements, regulatory expectations, and control frameworks.* Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including Risk, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, Technology, and Business teams.* Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.* Fluent German and English.Preferred Background* Experience supporting internal or external audits, regulatory inspections, or remediation programmes.* Exposure to operational resilience, ICT risk, cloud outsourcing, or vendor governance initiatives.* Experience maintaining outsourcing inventories, registers, or related governance documentation.* Academic background in Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, Compliance, Audit, or a related discipline.Key Responsibilities* Act as a central point of contact for outsourcing and third-party risk matters.* Oversee the outsourcing lifecycle, including due diligence, risk assessments, onboarding, monitoring, and ongoing oversight.* Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of outsourcing and third-party risk frameworks.* Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including DORA and MaRisk.* Conduct controls, reviews, and monitoring activities across outsourced arrangements and service providers.* Maintain relevant governance documentation, reporting, and management information.* Support audit engagements, regulatory reviews, and remediation activities.* Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, legal, procurement, and technology stakeholders.* Contribute to operational resilience and third-party governance initiatives.What's on Offer* Broad exposure to outsourcing, operational resilience, governance, and regulatory in
