Digital Consulting combines technology consulting with deep technical experience across a range of technology, areas and services. Our advisors combine extensive knowledge of data and analytics, cyber security, software development, IT strategy and operating models to provide clients with a service that adds recognised value.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

    • As a result of growing demand - our Digital Consulting team has an opportunity available at a Senior Manager level. Please note that KPMG offers a Senior Manager level between Manager and Associate Director level.

    • This role will support our core technology consulting service offerings, including:
    • M&A – IT Due Diligence and Integration/Separation: Undertaking IT due diligence from buy or sell side and supporting the technology elements of integration and separation planning.
    • IT/Digital Strategy & Operating Model: Helping clients develop and implement IT and Digital Strategies, supporting roadmaps and operating models to support them, as well as maturity assessments and other supporting activity.
    • IT Sourcing and Procurement: Supporting clients from requirements development, through market engagement and evaluation to due diligence and contracting.
    • This role is focused on supporting and building our existing Technology Deals (M&A, I&S) capability as a result of increased demand, but we are looking for candidates with the ability to work across broader technology consulting offerings.
