As a vital member of our leadership team, the Senior Manager, Third Party Management will play a critical role in ensuring compliance and governance across the Bank’s third-party partnerships and Material Service Providers. You’ll make an impact by: Spearheading the governance framework for third-party relationships, ensuring adherence to APRA CPS 230 obligations and reinforcing compliance across all supplier and partner engagements. Leading strategic supplier and partner relationships to deliver strong commercial outcomes, operational resilience and customer value Driving contract governance, supplier performance and risk management practices in line with APRA CPS 230 obligations Identifying opportunities to improve supplier efficiency, optimise costs and strengthen third-party service delivery across the enterprise Leading enterprise-wide category management initiatives, including procurement strategies, vendor consolidation and commercial negotiations Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and aligning partnerships to business priorities Developing and leading a high-performing team focused on accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence Do things differently with us To succeed in this role, you will have: Significant experience in strategic partnership management, vendor governance, procurement or third-party risk management within a regulated environment In-depth knowledge of APRA CPS 230, operational resilience, and comprehensive supplier governance and risk management frameworks. Proven capability in contract negotiation, commercial management and supplier performance optimisation Experience leading category management strategies and delivering measurable cost and service improvements Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across senior leadership, risk, legal and external partners Demonstrated leadership capability with experience building high-performing, collaborative teams Why Great Southern Bank?
