We are hiring an experienced, hands-on commodity arbitrage trader. Gold, Silver, Crude Oil, and Natural Gas are equally important markets for this role.

The role covers Gold and Silver spot–futures arbitrage, alongside Crude Oil and Natural Gas arbitrage and spread strategies. Candidates must have personally executed live, linked trades through professional electronic trading platforms.

This is NOT a sales, retail, procurement, or import/export position. Directional forex, CFD, or futures trading experience alone is insufficient.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyse price discrepancies and execute arbitrage strategies across relevant instruments, contracts, and markets. Execute and manage both legs of trades, including hedging, P&L, margin, liquidity, and execution risk. Calculate net profitability after commissions, spreads, slippage, financing, and applicable settlement or delivery costs. Maintain trade records and report performance and risk exposures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven professional experience personally executing commodity arbitrage trades. Practical understanding of all four markets: Gold, Silver, Crude Oil, and Natural Gas. Experience with StoneX, IG, Phillip Nova, or comparable brokers and platforms. Experience accessing commodity markets through an FPI structure is an advantage. Knowledge of relevant CME/COMEX/NYMEX and ICE contracts, basis, expiry, settlement, and margin requirements. Ability to distinguish arbitrage opportunities from spread strategies carrying market or basis risk.

MANDATORY PRACTICAL ASSESSMENT

Present a historical arbitrage trade you personally executed, explaining both legs, position sizes, capital and margin requirements, costs, hedging, risks, and realised net result. Confidential information may be removed.
