• During the start-up phase you’re closely involved setting up the daily operations until these run smoothly, this implies operational cooperation with your team when the situation requires it
• You independently manage and coach a team of transport planners to keep them well aligned and ensure the smooth running of daily activities
• You play a leading and decisive role in successfully launching new customers
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by monitoring customer KPI’s (service, quality, communication) and taking action when necessary
• You prepare and take the lead in monthly/quarterly meetings with our customers
• You guarantee a safe, efficient and profitable way of working by monitoring the returns and optimizations
• While keeping eye on continuous growth, you maintain relationships with existing customers and detect opportunities for new busines
