The purpose of the Senior Manager, Treasury Systems role is to ensure the seamless integration of AMP Bank’s treasury systems with the new SaaS-based banking platform supporting the Small Business & Personal Banking division.
In addition to maintaining and enhancing support for the existing Lending & Everyday Banking business, this role plays a critical part in shaping and delivering the capabilities of this exciting new division. A key focus is to ensure that the integrated platform meets AMP Bank’s financial control, compliance, and reporting requirements, enabling robust treasury operations across the expanded business.

• Degree qualifications (Tertiary level or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Programming, or other relevant discipline
• Moody’s Analytics development capability
• Ideally at least 3 years of practical experience in the field
• Full stack development (HTML, CSS, front end JavaScript frameworks, Node.js, & Python)
• Microservice web application development
• DevOps and CI/CD:
• Security Best Practices
• Agile methodologies throughout the SDLC
• Project management experience and efficient time management skillsMathematical and Information Technology proficiency
• 
  Prior experience managing an in-house and/or outsourced Development Team will be highly regarded
  We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Senior Manager, Treasury Systems, with outstanding project management and time management capabilities. You will bring a problem-solving mindset, critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  You will have a solid background in software design and development, with experience delivering technical design projects and turning ideas into high-quality solutions. Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in mathematics, data analysis and IT are essential.
  Excellent communication, facilitation and collaboration skills are key, along with the ability to engage effectively with technical and clinical teams. A passion for continuous improvement and a strong grasp of design principles will set you up for success in this role.
