  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful outcomes on concurrent engagements.
  • Stay current on valuation standards, corporate finance regulations, IFRS updates, and industry best practices.
  • Mentor, coach, and support junior team members, providing leadership and technical guidance.
  • Cultivate client relationships, support business development opportunities, and contribute to practice growth.

  • Strong public practice background with a clear understanding of the Ontario business environment.
  • Advanced technical skills in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Quality of Earnings, PPA, impairment testing, M&A support, and IFRS-based valuations.
  • Experience managing valuation teams, corporate finance projects, and multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, presentations, and client advisory.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships, identify new engagement opportunities, and support transaction advisory services.
  • Ambition and leadership qualities to progress into a Partner-level role in the future.

Compensation & Perks

  • Base salary: $135,000 – $170,000 + up to 10% annual discretionary bonus (paid in July).
  • Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, life, disability).
  • Matching RRSP plan and professional membership reimbursement.
  • Parental leave top-up and family-friendly policies.
  • 4 weeks’ vacation + personal days.
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
  • Professional development funding, CPD course reimbursement, and support for continuing education.
  • Inclusive, people-first culture with regular networking, team events, and social initiatives.
