Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Field Performance Management is part of a team responsible for managing successful delivery of high-priority initiatives for Straight Talk, Total Wireless, Verizon Prepaid, Simple Mobile, Walmart Family Mobile, and Tracfone in the Verizon Value CRO organization. The Senior Manager, Field Performance Management will ensure that products and services are being sold in alignment with company standards and objectives.

This is a highly visible role that requires strong prioritization, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills as you will identify obstacles, provide detailed reporting and executive summaries, partner cross functionally with stakeholders to provide insightful/actionable recommendations, and devise action plans to improve execution at the frontline, and ultimately improve performance This role will partner closely and cross functionally with multiple Brand & Distribution leads as well as, Commercial/ implementation, Marketing, and Operations teams across the Value Organization to understand how all of the products and services in market work; by brand, by channel, by Agent/Retailer partner. This is critical so that they ensure execution of the parties responsible for selling our products & services and help to deliver on Value Organization objectives. This role’s purpose is to drive performance execution, and ensure feedback is gathered, analyzed, summarized and actioned with appropriate stakeholders and leadership; and participate in action planning to fix gaps and drive improvement in the business.

  • Develop and maintain store visit guidelines and checklist, by brand, by channel to to ensure proper elements are being tracked and measured.
  • Field Audit stores for all brands, in all channels and travel to markets as needed
  • Builds strong internal relationships with Channel Distribution and Field partners to provide actionable insights.
  • Analyze and summarize data to highlight successes and areas of opportunities.
  • Maintain an unbiased perspective to guarantee integrity of observations.
  • Deliver feedback to stakeholders in a digestible and actionable format.
  • Provide data driven recommendation for ways to improve frontline execution and participate in action planning sessions with stakeholders.
  • Utilize data analysis to identify performance trends and develop location inspection strategies.
  • Contributes to the creation of compelling and well-supported executive presentations to communicate status updates at senior leadership meetings and governance reviews.
  • Executes a formal post-mortem process with Action Plans to ensure key objectives are met for an iterative execution approach.
  • Lead centralized audits where direct observations of business processes and procedures are required from the business on an as needed basis.
