Your responsibilities will include: Build and sustain a high-performance team culture by actively coaching, mentoring, and empowering team members while fostering accountability. Develop a resourcing strategy that leverages internal talent, contractors, freelancers, and agency partners. Manage a large activation budget in partnership with Procurement and Finance to maximize ROI and meet financial targets. Evaluate, select, and manage external agencies to develop impactful campaigns and activations. Contribute to the continued evolution of an agile, modern integrated communications team. Bachelor's degree Minimum of 3 years' experience leading a team, including recruiting, coaching, and developing talent while driving best practices. Minimum of 7 years' marketing or commercial experience, including a minimum of 2 years' experience in a regulated industry (healthcare, pharmaceutical, or financial services) Strong background in both integrated marketing communications and digital marketing Demonstrated experience working at or with external creative and media agencies, with a solid understanding of advertising and digital campaign workflows Proven ability to translate commercial objectives into high-impact omnichannel campaigns Excellent communicator with the ability to drive change and influence cross-functional stakeholders Demonstrated trust-building and collaboration with key partners including Product Marketing, Sales, IT, Corporate Communications, Legal, Regulatory, and Finance Track record of innovation and a willingness to pilot new ideas and technologies in pursuit of better customer experiences Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining clarity for the team Experience influencing cross-functional colleagues in a matrixed organization MBA or Masters degree Prior experience in product marketing, marketing development, or direct-to-patient communications
