Role Overview As a Veeva VAULT / Veeva CRM Senior Engineer you are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions on the Veeva VAULT / Veeva CRM. Need to work closely with product managers and business partners to understand requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. The role involves both front-end and back-end development, including Java SDK, IDE tool , and API driven integrations. You need to ensure system performance, security, and compliance while staying updated with the latest Veeva VAULT / Veeva CRM advancements. This position is crucial for creating and optimizing user experiences on the platform. What will you do in this role Solution Design: Design and develop scalable Veeva VAULT / Veeva CRM solutions to create new integration of Veeva VAULT / Veeva CRM to other applications to meet business requirements. Implementation: Lead the implementation of Veeva VAULT / Veeva CRM Platform integration projects, ensuring best practices and high-quality delivery. Integration: Veeva VAULT / Veeva CRM integration over API, Data Direct, Veeva ICEBERG. Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Veeva VAULT / Veeva CRM Integration use cases. Should demonstrate ability on critical / major issue resolution as per need. Need to do code review. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Veeva VAULT / Veeva CRM integration solutions. Security Management: Ensure the security and compliance of Veeva VAULT / Veeva CRM solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Veeva VAULT / Veeva CRM features and advancements and apply this knowledge to optimize solution. What should you have: Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information systems or equivalent technical field from a recognized University or Institute. 10+ years of relevant experience IT Implementation and managing large scale project delivery. 5+ years of experience in managing delivery team of Veeva VAULT or Veeva CRM ecosystem (like as Veeva CRM, Veeva EVENT, Veeva Engage, Veeva Open data, Veeva Nitro, MIS etc.) preferably emphasis more on Pharma domain. Extensive experience with Veeva, particularly with Veeva VAULT or Veeva CRM and Events, MIS implementations across organization. Exposure or experience on GenAI / Agentic AI models, concepts or implementations exposure is nice to have. Must have Veeva custom data model knowledge, Veeva core functionality and feature understanding. Experience on Java SDK and coding, GitHub, IDE tool use is must. Prior experience working effectively within a global team, taking strategic direction from leadership and considering inputs from team members. Should have Veeva CRM or Veeva VAULT configuration working experience. Proficiency on Veeva on-line and offline mode (preferably iRep application) Having knowledge on UI / UX is preferable. Strong background in Veeva VAULT configuration, customization, and integration over API is required. Pharma domain experience is nice to have. Veeva VAULT certification is also preferable / nice to have. Ability to stay updated with the latest Veeva VAULT features and best practices.
