Job Description This role will support the Director of Campaigns (Core & Clients) to lead the creative delivery and execution of co-marketing and value-added marketing initiatives with Visa clients and partners across the Asia Pacific region. This role is responsible for shaping and delivering high-quality marketing programs in partnership with issuers, acquirers, fintechs, and ecosystem partners, supporting a diverse range of commercial objectives—from product launches to usage-driving initiatives and platform marketing. Client-led and Co-marketing Campaigns Drive AP Marketing Services revenue growth by effectively executing client-led and co-marketing projects and briefs through Visa Design and Creative Studio. Meet timelines, manage briefing processes, budget tracking, creative development and approvals process to ensure seamless delivery of final assets across markets. Stay ahead of evolving client needs and market trends in banking, payments, and financial services to inform campaigns and creative approaches. Stakeholder management Collaborate with Client Marketing teams from around the region on customer acquisition, engagement and retention briefs from clients. Understand client needs and developing marketing strategies and creative solutions in partnership Present design and creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, with a compelling creative rationale in the context of business objectives. Creative Development & Production: Work with in-house and external creative partners to develop compelling creative solutions that drive brand and business objectives in equal measure Lead the development of marketing assets (end to end campaigns that include video, print, digital and social media content, OOH, BTL and POS materials, toolkits, eDMs) that align with client’s and Visa’s brand strategy. Work closely with the extended Visa Design and Creative Studios team to scale and execute campaigns, delivered with efficiency, finesse and high-quality. Why this is important to Visa The Visa Design and Creative Studio team is responsible for delivering creative services to Visa’s clients and driving a key marketing service workstream for revenue growth. The team is in its early stages of expansion and the role will be integral in its formation to scale up. Qualifications The candidate must be comfortable in a highly matrixed organisation, possess outstanding verbal and written communications with the ability to communicate and influence a diverse audience, including clients, executives, business, product, technology, and finance stakeholders. At least 10+ years of creative campaign, social and digital marketing experience. This includes experience in a marketing function and/or advertising agency (creative/brand/design) - preferably with experience in bank, fintech, or financial services Regional experience managing across multiple geographies, markets and cultures Demonstrable ability to connect the dots between data, insights, marketing strategy, and business to drive creative excellence in an omni-channel messaging environment Operates with discipline and excellence in execution: Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, organised, can manage timelines and follow up diligently and comprehensively with key stakeholders Proactive thinking and desire to take risks to test and learn Education: Bachelors’ or business/marketing or related field with marketing foundation Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
