We are looking for a Senior Manager, AP&AR to join our Financial Services in Helsinki.
In this role you will lead a team of AP&AR controllers and invoice handling clerks. Your main tasks will include ensuring high-quality services are provided to all VR Group entities.

Main responsibilities include:

• To ensure timely, high-quality and efficient services for VR Group related to accounts payable, accounts receivable and payments
• To lead, manage, develop and guide a team responsible for invoice handling, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payment processes
• To ensure resources and processes are in place to drive effective performance
• To automate and improve AP, AR and payments processes
• To ensure smooth reporting
• To lead continuous and process improvement in areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoice management
• Daily people and team leadership including coordination and guidance of day-to-day work
• Hands on problem solving and support to the team and stakeholders
• To tackle ad-hoc tasks with agility
