As the Senior Manager, Web Properties, you will own the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of our corporate website and related digital properties. Reporting to our Director of Growth Marketing, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance user experience, drive lead generation, and ensure our web presence reflects our brand and business goals.

Location: This position is available to all applicants residing and eligible to work in Toronto, Ontario (hybrid 3x work from office) or US (remote).

Responsibilities
  • Define, lead and communicate a strategic roadmap, and execution for all web properties, including the corporate website, microsites, and landing pages that aligns with business objectives, brand positioning and customer lifecycle
  • Develop and oversee an intake and prioritization process for regional teams to request web content pages, ensuring alignment with business goals and efficient resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, operations, and product marketing to create a cohesive and impactful web experience that supports business strategies and goals.Manage web development resources (internal and/or external) to implement updates, new features, and optimizations.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to conversion rates, user engagement, and other relevant metrics to measure success Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks on all website content to ensure functionality, usability, and compatibility across various devices and browsers.Ensure all web content is aligned with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions
  • Oversee CMS governance, content workflows, and site architecture.
  • Develop strategies to convert visitors by deploying funnel optimization and personalization across all web properties. Use A/B testing to continually enhance the web acquisition funnel.
  • Stay current on web trends, technologies, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, WCAG).
