Create your best future and join Enterprise Records Management and Privacy Programme as a Senior Manager Privacy and Records Programme ERMP. What’s the role? You’ll be part of a group wide programme focused on reducing privacy and records management risk across Westpac. This is a 12-month contract role within the Enterprise Records Management and Privacy Programme, running as part of a multiyear initiative through to FY28. In this role, you’ll bring sharp critical thinking and strong risk capability to complex work. You’ll help shape and challenge solutions, turning risk into practical outcomes the business can act on. Rather than managing a team directly, you’ll influence across squads and streams, working closely with Business Analysts and programme partners. You’ll facilitate workshops, test ideas, solve problems and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders. You’ll be supported day to day by programme leads and work within a matrix environment where autonomy, judgement and initiative matter. This is a full-time role based in Sydney with flexible working arrangements available. What do I need? * Strong experience in risk management and risk-based problem solving * Highly developed critical thinking and ability to work independently * Confidence engaging, influencing and presenting to a wide range of stakeholders * Experience in consulting style environments including facilitation and solution design * Energy, initiative and a proactive mindset with a focus on quality outcomes Why join us?
