Description
You will lead our passionate team to innovate outstanding workplace services and ensure flawless execution across all our facilities. Space Planning & Occupancy Lead the execution of space planning activities across global non-manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with headcount forecasts and business needs. Manage day-to-day occupancy logistics including restacks, seat assignments, and space moves in coordination with regional teams. Maintain and govern spatial data systems (e.g., Serraview, CA) to ensure accuracy and support real-time reporting and analytics. Support hybrid work strategies by implementing occupancy models that balance flexibility with operational efficiency. Collaborate with HR and business units to anticipate space needs and proactively adjust plans to accommodate growth, consolidation, or reconfiguration. Coordinate the full lifecycle of construction and renovation projects—from scope development and budgeting to execution and closeout. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. Manage site logistics, permitting, safety compliance, and quality control throughout project execution. Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and mitigation plans. Coordinated Facility Management (CFM) Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all facilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, HR, EHS, and Procurement to support coordinated workplace solutions. Assist in the onboarding and training of regional facility teams and vendor partners to guarantee uniform implementation of workplace standards. Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field equivalent industry experience. 8+ years of experience in facilities operations, construction management, or space planning. Strong background in vendor management and service delivery. Proficiency in IWMS platforms and occupancy planning tools. Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
