American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. seeks Senior Managers, Digital Product Management to support the development of software products in alignment with business objectives and create business and technical documentation as required by the development lifecycle. Define product scope and objectives, ensure compliance with standards and best practices, and drive production issue management, analysis, and issue tracking. Ensure product and capability areas are controlled through a defined roadmap aimed at improving time to market, reduced operational risk, and increased business value. Within product development, create features, user stories, and acceptance criteria within business and technology initiatives. Work closely with technology teams to develop, test, and deliver defined product capabilities and rapidly iterate new solutions. Position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, and 2 years of experience with product design and development. Experience must include 1 year of experience with each of the following: Business systems analysis, including requirements analysis and definition; root cause analysis and developing business process flows; defining, measuring and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for delivered products and outcomes; enhancing existing data management processes; leading and influencing development partners in a cross-functional environment; data analysis using SQL; Scaled Agile (SAFe) principles; Jira, Putty, Rally, Scrum methodologies, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Telecommuting is available up to 2 days per week.
