How You’ll Shape What’s Possible:
You are an experienced Senior Managing Consultant who combines initiative, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to lead the delivery of complex Data and Analytics solutions. You have a proven track record in all phases of the development lifecycle and excel in designing high-quality business solutions that create value and enhance performance. Your leadership abilities will inspire and mentor junior team members while fostering strong relationships with clients.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Design and develop high-quality business solutions to address client challenges and improve performance.
  • Take personal accountability for defined work assignments and manage client expectations.
  • Leverage insights into client issues to design and deliver effective Data & Analytics solutions.
  • Implement and maintain complex data engineering solutions for data acquisition and preparation.
  • Communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Lead medium to large projects, ensuring effective project control and risk management.
  • Contribute to quality reviews for technical tasks and participate in proposal development.
  • Build relationships with clients to support business development activities.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and contributions.

THE KNOWLEDGE YOU BRING:

Experience linking and translating business requirements into Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, and Analytics solutions.

Data integration with a variety of data sources and tools to extract, transform, and load data

Good skills in data modelling, data ingestion, and ETL design

- A thorough technical understanding of leading-edgedata and analyticstechnologies and development techniques, including one or more of the following:Microsoft, Tableau, and/or Qlik.
- Experience incloud Technologies(AWS or Microsoft Azure is highly desirable)
Working closely with business users to design powerful visualisations and business intelligence reporting solutions.

- Strong track record in delivering client-facing projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Awareness of industry trends and methodologies.
- Tertiary qualification in an IT-related field or relevant work experience.
- 7-10 years of broad IT experience, particularly in Data & Analytics.
- 7-10 years of experience leading Data & Analytics projects.
