Managing Director | WealthBridge WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Senior Managing Director role. This opportunity is designed for an experienced advisor who has successfully built a personal practice and is ready to step into a leadership position focused on both continued personal production and team development. It is also well-suited for candidates who have prior experience recruiting, training, and coaching financial advisors in a managerial capacity. As Managing Director, your primary focus will be on building and leading a team of experienced financial advisors who are looking to elevate their practices. In addition to continuing your own client work, you’ll recruit and mentor fellow advisors, foster a high-performance culture, and help shape the future growth of the firm. You’ll have the support, infrastructure, and brand strength of a firm with over 175 years of history—while maintaining the freedom to grow your practice and develop a leadership style that reflects your vision.
