What You’ll Do:

• Understand and communicate quality concepts to development teams
• Participate in testing of software features
• Oversee quality review of various applications
• Participate in implementation and execution of functional, regression, and acceptance tests
• Assist in test environment setup/teardown, test automation, and exploratory testing
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of test data and test documentation
• Assist in formulating QA standards and best practices, organizational policies and processes and strategic plans
• Assist management in setting the direction for quality assurance within the organization
• Participate in post-mortem RCA reviews and implement changes as a result of findings.
• Deliver regular reports that provide qualitative and quantitative descriptions of platform performance including quality metrics and error rates.
• Contribute to the Manual test strategy, scripts, and framework focusing on test architecture, re-usability, stability, performance, scalability, and related Quality/team metrics
• Provide hands-on test support when necessary to verify front-end, back-end changes and user workflows

QUALIFICATIONS

• Required 5+ years of experience within the Quality Assurance specialty
• Experience working on enterprise applications or web technologies for fast paced delivery of content
• Ability to prioritize and address multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
• Strong Software Testing knowledge
• Experience in working in agile environments
• Experience devising test strategies, creating test plans and test cases
• Expertise in the usage of bug tracking and Test management tools (JIRA and Test rail are plus)
• API testing using postman or similar tools
