REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in manual testing of web applications and APIs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex systems and workflows.
• Familiarity with creating detailed test cases and bug reports.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• A good understanding of software development life cycles.
• Attention to detail and a thorough, methodical approach to testing.
• Proficiency in English (at least B2 level).
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to suggest and implement improvements.

THE ROLE

This role is essential in ensuring the quality and reliability of our clients’ innovative software solutions. As a Manual Tester, you will collaborate closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues, validate functionality, and help deliver exceptional products that exceed customer expectations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Collaborate with an agile team to refine user stories, ensuring all requirements are clear, concise, and testable.
• Execute manual test cases for new and existing features, ensuring the software meets quality standards.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases, test plans, and test data.
• Understand the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) domain to create meaningful business scenarios for testing.
• Provide clear and detailed documentation of testing activities and results.
• Contribute to process improvements by suggesting ideas to optimize testing workflows.
