JOB SUMMARY:

The Advanced Microelectronics Solutions (AMS) Department is searching for a Senior Manufacturing Data Visualization Specialist to work in Raytheon’s industry leading RF technology at our Advanced Microelectronics Solutions (AMS) department. The AMS department designs, fabricates, and tests state-of-the-art Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMICs) in our on-site foundry. These chips then get assembled into custom modules to support multiple programs and enhance the capabilities of next generation radar systems.
Strong written and oral communication skills and an outgoing personality are key to this role as you will have the opportunity to work closely with engineers from multi-disciplined teams to analyze device, process, and circuit data from our GaN and GaAs foundry. Some knowledge of semiconductors and/or wafer processing is an advantage, as well as the ability to access, analyze and present large quantities of data to a variety of engineering teams.

QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) discipline with minimum of 5 years experience in semiconductor field. An advanced degree in a related field can count towards work experience.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

QUALIFICATIONS WE VALUE:

  • Experience with data analysis in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with different databases, from simple to sophisticated
  • Understanding of SQL, Python, JMP or other scripting languages
  • Experience in semiconductor device fabrication, integrated circuit design, or DC/RF test.
  • Experience in yield correlations and root cause analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Analysis of process monitoring data
  • Analysis of integrated circuit or device performance data
  • Tracking of process and design variations
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data
  • Interpret data trends to provide insight and statistical analysis
  • Develop plots, create presentations and communicate data correlations
  • Support the wafer foundry team including both production and development efforts
  • Support the design, development, test and reliability teams
  • Perform gold-wafer and test station correlations
  • Semiconductor process and tool qualification analysis
  • Advocate resource capabilities to enable opportunities from inside and outside home business unit
