What You Will Do You will provide technical interpretations of drawings and specifications and analyze and resolve design tolerance problems You will provide information to evaluate, select, and order capital test equipment and complete cost/payback analysis You will develop, implement, and maintain test methods and processes in the manufacture and test of sub-assembly, module, and top level product for established product line You will eliminate/reduce test defects and improve test yields for routine issues of various levels of scope You will provide information to evaluate Customer Returned Good (CRG) activity to identify potential failure trends You will perform room cause analysis and take corrective action to resolve test failures What You Will Learn During your tenure, you will have numerous opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge in various areas, equipping you to enhance organizational efficiency and competitiveness effectively, including: You will learn how to be a manufacturing electrical engineer supporting various high-frequency communication radios & circuit board manufacturing processes Engineering tools used in the build & test of HF and TCN radios.
